Copyright Ownership
All musical works, arrangements, and accompanying materials available for purchase on this website are protected by copyright law. We retain full ownership of all copyrights and intellectual property rights in these works.
Permitted Uses
Upon purchase, you are granted the following rights:
- Printing: You may print one (1) copy of the purchased sheet music for your personal or ensemble use.
- Performance: You have the right to perform the purchased musical work in public or private settings.
Prohibited Uses
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Resale or Distribution: You may not resell, redistribute, share (electronically or physically), or otherwise transfer the purchased sheet music to any other individual, group, or entity. Each user or ensemble requiring a copy must purchase their own license.
- Photocopying or Digital Copying: You may not photocopy or create digital copies of the printed sheet music beyond the single copy permitted for your use. Unauthorized duplication is a violation of copyright law.
- Modification or Arrangement: You may not modify, arrange, adapt, or create derivative works based on the purchased sheet music without explicit written permission.
- Uploading to Public Platforms: You may not upload the digital sheet music file to publicly accessible websites, file-sharing services, or any other online platform where it can be accessed or downloaded by others.
Additional Downloads
For your convenience, the original purchaser is welcome to download the PDF file of the purchased sheet music again at no additional charge for their own use. This allows for backup and access across different devices for the original licensed user or ensemble.
Attribution and Performance Videos
While not required for performance, attribution in a bulletin, program, or order of service is always appreciated. We also sincerely enjoy seeing and hearing how our music is being used! If you happen to record a performance of our music, we would love it if you would consider sharing a video with us.
